Founded in Lausanne, Switzerland, in 2022, Reed Dental provides dental implant and instrument manufacturers with integrable proprietary technologies and specialized R&D support services, helping them innovate faster and more efficiently.
Our mission, therefore, is to enhance the experiences of both patients and clinicians by making implant treatments not only safer but also more reliable.

Frédéric Wehrli
Founder & CEO
Reed Dental was founded and is led by Frédéric Wehrli, a seasoned engineer and dental implant specialist. Holding a Master’s Degree in Microengineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Frédéric brings over 15 years of experience in implant dentistry.
His expertise has been honed through R&D and product management roles in startups and large international corporations. Notably, he directed the development of the CERALOG® Implant System, marketed by Camlog. At Straumann, he guided a team of international clinical experts to develop and launch the Straumann® Zygomatic Implant System. Before creating Reed Dental, Frédéric oversaw Product Management and R&D activities at Zircon Medical, the company behind the Patent™ Ceramic Implant System.
Frédéric’s extensive international network of technical and clinical experts, combined with his in-depth experience, makes him a leading figure in the field of dental implants.
Paul Delgado

Paul Delgado is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in the dental implant and craniofacial technology sectors. He has consistently driven multimillion-dollar sales growth and contributed to advancing the industry through strategic business development and strong partnerships.
Paul’s career includes leadership roles at renowned dental companies such as Straumann, Henry Schein, and Camlog. He has played a key role in advancing innovative implant systems, including the Patent™ Ceramic Implant System by Zircon Medical, successfully driving market adoption through targeted strategies. His expertise spans sales leadership, case treatment planning, and innovative business strategies tailored to dental professionals.
Known for mentoring high-performing teams and fostering customer loyalty, Paul combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of market needs, making him a trusted advisor in the field.
Saroja Leblanc
Head of Quality, Regulatory & Compliance
Saroja is a seasoned expert in medical device regulation and quality management, with over 15 years of experience across the dental, medical, cosmetic, and industrial sectors.
She has led regulatory strategy and quality system implementation in compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 17025, MDR, and other international standards.
As founder and president of SL Medirep SAS, she serves as European Authorized Representative and Person Responsible for Regulatory Compliance (PRRC) for various manufacturers. Saroja holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from ISIFC.
