Founded in Lausanne, Switzerland, in 2022, Reed Dental provides dental implant and instrument manufacturers with integrable proprietary technologies and specialized R&D support services, helping them innovate faster and more efficiently.
Our mission, therefore, is to enhance the experiences of both patients and clinicians by making implant treatments not only safer but also more reliable.
With nearly two decades of experience, we design and develop cutting-edge microtechnical solutions for implantology, engineered to enhance the performance and safety of existing products.
Frédéric Wehrli
Founder & CEO
Frédéric has almost 20 years of experience in implant dentistry, following earlier work in orthopedics. Trained at EPFL, he has held product and R&D leadership roles with major companies including Straumann and Camlog, and served as Partner and Director of R&D of a dental startup later acquired by Henry Schein and integrated into Camlog.
Paul Delgado
Chief Commercial Officer & Partner
Paul brings more than 30 years of international experience in MedTech and DentalTech. He has held senior commercial roles with leading companies including Straumann, Medtronic, BioHorizons Camlog and Henry Schein, with a focus on international market expansion, go-to-market strategy and brand building.
Saroja Leblanc
Head of Quality, Regulatory & Compliance
Saroja draws on more than 15 years of experience in medical device regulation and quality management, across dental and MedTech. A biomedical engineer by training, she has led regulatory strategy and quality systems under MDR and ISO 13485, and founded SL Medirep, where she serves as European Authorized Representative and Person Responsible for Regulatory Compliance.
